Cancellation Policy
We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. 100% Customer satisfaction can be expensive but its worth the reward of happy, loyal customers. No refunds are given in store credit only. You have 7 days to get the item returned for store credit with the original tags attached, and unworn. Custom jewelry can not be returned unless the item was received damaged. HOSC Boutique is not responsible for lost packages being returned customer pays returned shipping fees. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis. If the item can't replaced, due to size or color a full refund can be applied minus taxes and shipping fees. Restocking fee is waived in this case.
